Noxubee River At Macon affecting Noxubee County.

…The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Mississippi…

Luxapallila Creek Near Columbus affecting Lowndes County.

Tibbee Creek Near Tibbee affecting Clay County.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE…Luxapallila Creek near Columbus.

* WHEN…Until early Friday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 23.0 feet, Evacuations will be necessary for some
residents along Sand Road, Vernon Road in Steens, and Gunshoot
Road. Flooding from Magby Creek is occurring and access to several
homes may be restricted due to high water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 16.7 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.2
feet early tomorrow afternoon.
– Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
