Alabama…

Tombigbee River At Demopolis Lock and Dam affecting Greene,
Sumter, Marengo and Hale Counties.

.Flooding continues on the Tombigbee River and a flood warning
remains in effect.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Tombigbee River at Demopolis Lock and Dam.

* WHEN…From Tuesday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS…At 68.0 feet, Flooding of lowlands in the area occurs
and cattle should be moved to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 64.5 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow morning and continue rising to a crest of 75.3 feet
Friday morning.
– Flood stage is 68.0 feet.
