…The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana…
Illinois…

Patoka River near Princeton affecting Gibson County.

Wabash River at New Harmony affecting Posey, Gallatin, Wabash,
Gibson and White Counties.

.Heavy rainfall last week and over the weekend caused many rivers in
southern Indiana to flood. The Patoka River will crest later this
week and the Wabash River next week.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE…Wabash River at New Harmony.

* WHEN…Until further notice.

* IMPACTS…At 21.0 feet, The river is 3 miles wide at I-64.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 18.4 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.6
feet Monday evening.
– Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
– Flood History…This crest compares to a previous crest of
21.6 feet on 01/08/1991.
