* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Red River near Alexandria.

* WHEN…From late Wednesday night to Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS…At 33.0 feet, Backwater flooding begins along Bayou
Maria and Huffman Creeks east of Pineville.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 25.9 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early Thursday morning to a crest of 34.0 feet early Friday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday
morning.
– Flood stage is 32.0 feet.
