* WHERE…Portions of south central Indiana and central Kentucky.

* WHEN…For the Freeze Warning, until 10 AM EDT /9 AM CDT/ this
morning.

For the Freeze Watch, from this evening through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS…Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
