WEDNESDAY EVENING FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY FOR FIRE WEATHER
ZONES 436 AND 437…

The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Fire
Weather Watch, which is in effect from Wednesday morning through
Wednesday evening.

* AFFECTED AREA…Fire weather zones 436 and 437. The southern
Nebraska panhandle.

* WIND…West winds at 20 to 25 MPH with gusts over 40 MPH
possible. Similar conditions are expected for the Fire Weather
Watch on Wednesday.

* HUMIDITY…15 to 20 percent. Lower values may be possible.
Similar conditions are expected for the Fire Weather Watch on
Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
