Tennessee…

Hatchie River near Bolivar

For the Hatchie River…including Bolivar…Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE…Hatchie River near Bolivar.

* WHEN…Until early Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 18.0 feet, Low-lying land near the river is flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 18.4 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to remain fairly steady the
next couple of days before beginning to fall. It will then
fall below flood stage Saturday morning.
– Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

* WHAT...North winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * WHERE...Esmeralda and Central Nye County. * WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There will be a lull in winds for a few hours Thursday night before the strongest winds return Friday morning.
