Harrison Counties.

For the Big Cypress Bayou…including Caddo Lake…Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Big Cypress Bayou at Caddo Lake.

* WHEN…Until further notice.

* IMPACTS…At 173.0 feet, Several secondary access roads will
become flooded and travel will be difficult especially in and
around Uncertain, Texas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 6:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 171.5 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 169.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
Thursday afternoon and continue rising to 174.0 feet early
Monday morning.
– Flood stage is 172.0 feet.
– Flood History…This crest compares to a previous crest of
174.0 feet on 12/16/1961.
