* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Ohio River at Maysville.

* WHEN…Until Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 52.0 feet, Backwater flooding traveling up Red Oak
Creek near Ripley, Ohio results in flooding along and east of
Cherry Street, with water also approaching the Ripley Post Office.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 12:00 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 52.1 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Thursday morning and continue falling, remaining below
flood stage.
– Flood stage is 50.0 feet.
