Thursday afternoon through Thursday evening.
* WINDS…Rest of today, northwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to
30 mph. For Thursday, northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35
mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…As low as 16 to 22 percent.
* IMPACTS…Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.
