…The Flood Advisory continues for the following rivers in
Mississippi…Arkansas…

Mississippi River at Helena

For the Lower Mississippi River…including Memphis, Helena…
elevated river levels are forecast.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Mississippi River at Helena.

* WHEN…Until Friday, April 25.

* IMPACTS…At 45.0 feet, In Mississippi, road to houses by the
river at Robson Towhead and the settlement by Old River Chute is
flooded. Settlement just east of Sunflower Cutoff is flooding.
Businesses on the south end of Slackwater Harbor are flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 39.3 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
Sunday evening to a crest of 45.0 feet Wednesday, April 16.
It will then fall below flood stage Saturday, April 19.
– Action stage is 40.0 feet.
– Flood stage is 44.0 feet.
