Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2 Meteorological Summary: Dry conditions and clear skies continue across the Sunshine State today under high pressure (near 0% chance of rain). High temperatures in the upper 70s to upper 80s this afternoon with locally cooler temperatures in the middle to upper 70s along the East, Forgotten, and Emerald Coasts. Light northeast winds this morning will gradually shift east into the afternoon, increasing to 10-15 mph with gusts up to 20 mph  as the sea breezes develop and drift inland. Elevated fire danger expected nearly statewide this afternoon and evening as
