* WHEN…From Friday morning to Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 17.0 feet, Minor overbank flooding of low areas along
and near the river is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 14.7 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tomorrow morning and to a crest of 17.5 feet tomorrow
evening.
