Special Weather Statement issued April 10 at 2:43PM CDT by NWS Louisville KY

At 242 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 10 miles northwest of Portland, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Russellville, Franklin, Adairville, Woodburn, Gordonsville, Black
Jack, Hilltop, Geddes, Mcelroy Ford, and Lickskillet.
