Special Weather Statement issued April 10 at 4:39PM CDT by NWS Nashville TN

At 439 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northwest of Crossville, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Slate Springs, Fairfield Glade, Crossville, and Crab Orchard.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 309 and 325, and
between mile markers 339 and 340.
