Flood Advisory issued April 11 at 3:06PM AST until April 11 at 6:00PM AST by NWS San Juan PR

* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…Carolina and northern and northeastern portions of San
Juan.

* WHEN…Until 600 PM AST.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 303 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
San Juan, Trujillo Alto, Carolina, Guaynabo and Lomas.
