…The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Louisiana…

Ouachita River At Monroe affecting Caldwell, Union and Ouachita
Parishes.

For the Ouachita River…including Felsenthal Lock and Dam, Monroe,
Columbia…Major flooding is forecast.

* WHAT…Major flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Ouachita River at Monroe.

* WHEN…From Tuesday evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS…At 45.0 feet, The Prairon Bayou recreational area floods
and closes. Lowland flooding becomes extensive at this stage
between levees.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 10:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 30.7 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 40.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late Tuesday evening and continue rising to 45.0 feet
Tuesday, April 22. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
– Flood stage is 40.0 feet.
