…The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Illinois…Missouri…Kentucky…

Mississippi River at Cape Girardeau…Thebes…Hickman… and New
Madrid

.Minor to major flooding continues along the Mississippi River from
Cape Girardeau downstream to New Madrid. At Cape Girardeau to
Thebes, the water levels are now falling, and the river will fall
below flood stage at both locations on Saturday. At New Madrid, the
forecast crest has risen slightly.

For the Mississippi River…including Cape Girardeau, Thebes,
Hickman, New Madrid…Minor to Major flooding is forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Mississippi River at New Madrid.

* WHEN…Until further notice.

* IMPACTS…At 38.0 feet, Heavy agricultural damage begins.

– At 11:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 39.4 feet.
– Forecast…The river will rise to 39.6 feet tomorrow evening.
