* IMPACTS…At 14.0 feet, Flood water is flowing over several
low-lying roads near the river and access to low-lying areas will
be limited due to high water.

– At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 13.8 feet.
– Forecast…The river will continue to fall, but is expected
to remain above flood stage through at least the middle of
next week.
