Special Weather Statement issued April 11 at 3:22AM EDT by NWS Morristown TN

Patchy areas of dense fog has developed across the Plateau,
central valley, southeast Tennessee, and Cherokee and Clay
counties of North Carolina early this morning. The dense fog may
reduce visibilities to near zero at times. The greatest coverage
of dense fog will be areas south of interstate 40.

When traveling this morning be prepared for sudden drop in
visibility making travel difficult. Drive with caution and slow
down. Give yourself extra room between the vehicle ahead of you.
Keep your headlights on low-beam with traveling through areas of
dense fog.
