At 335 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Elm City, or near Rocky Mount, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Macclesfield, Speed, Leggett, Sharpsburg, Pinetops, Tarboro, Conetoe,
Elm City, Princeville, and Willbanks.
