Winter Weather Advisory issued April 10 at 7:02PM AKDT until April 12 at 7:00AM AKDT by NWS Anchorage AK

* WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches.
Easterly winds gusting as high as 35 to 45 mph. Visibilities
reduced to one half mile due to blowing snow.

* WHERE…Kuskokwim Delta Coast and Nunivak Island.

* WHEN…From 7 AM Friday to 7 AM AKDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be difficult. Areas of blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility to one-half mile or less at times.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Worst conditions are expected along the
immediate coast, from about Kipnuk north to Newtok and including
Mekoryuk. After this advisory ends, another storm could bring an
additional period of blowing snow and poor visibilities from late
Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning, though confidence is
lower at this time.
