central, northern, southern, and western West Virginia.

* WHEN…From 2 AM to 10 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Well protected valley locations away from
major rivers will be the most prone to a killing freeze tonight.
