Winter Weather Advisory issued April 12 at 1:12AM EDT until April 12 at 2:00PM EDT by NWS Albany NY

* WHAT…Wet snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 5
inches with locally higher amounts above 1500 feet in the southern
Green Mountains, Berkshires, Taconics, and northern and eastern
Catskills.

* WHERE…Portions of northwestern Connecticut, western
Massachusetts, the Taconics, the northern and eastern Catskills,
Schoharie County, and southern Vermont.

* WHEN…Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…While the highest wet snow accumulations will be on
cooler and grassy surfaces, some wet snow may accumulate on roads
and walkways when it falls heavy enough. Any wet snow on roads or
walkways can lead to slippery conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snowfall rates reach up to 0.5 to one inch
