* WHERE…Eastern Addison, Orange, Eastern Rutland, and Windsor
Counties.

* WHEN…Until 5 PM EDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions, especially this
morning. Road conditions will quickly improve by noon time. A few
power outages are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…A mix of rain and snow will develop early
this morning with a period of moderate to heavy wet snow likely
mid morning, before tapering off to a mix of rain and snow showers
this afternoon.
