Arkansas…

Little Red River At Judsonia affecting White County.

For the Little Red River…including Judsonia…Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Little Red River at Judsonia.

* WHEN…Until early Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 30.0 feet, Minor flooding, farmland along the right
descending bank floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 30.5 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a secondary crest
of 31.0 feet Sunday evening. It will then fall below flood
stage Wednesday morning.
– Flood stage is 30.0 feet.

Warm and dry conditions are expected this afternoon. Coupled with breezy winds, conditions for fire are expected to be near critical. Areas along and east of I-29 are the most likely to experience near critical conditions. Humidity levels should decrease to 20-25% this afternoon as winds are weakening. Occasional gusts of 25-30 mph may create temporary periods of critical fire conditions.
