* WHERE…Dunklin, Clay, Greene, Craighead, Poinsett, Mississippi,
Cross, Pemiscot, and Lake.

* WHEN…From 10 AM this morning to 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Saturated soils from recent storms could make
trees particularly prone to fall.
