…The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Louisiana…

Mississippi River At Red River Landing affecting West Feliciana,
Pointe Coupee and East Baton Rouge Parishes.

Mississippi River At Baton Rouge affecting East Baton Rouge and
West Baton Rouge Parishes.

For the Lower Mississippi River…including Red River Landing, Baton
Rouge, Donaldsonville, Reserve, New Orleans…Major flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE…Mississippi River at Red River Landing.

* WHEN…Until Saturday, May 03.

* IMPACTS…At 58.0 feet, Angola farmland on the left bank becomes
inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 10:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 51.1 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 46.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 57.0
feet Wednesday, April 23. The river is expected to fall below
flood stage Saturday, May 03.
– Flood stage is 48.0 feet.
