…The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Tennessee…Missouri…

Mississippi River Above Tiptonville

For the Lower Mississippi River…including Tiptonville…Minor
flooding is forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE…Mississippi River above Tiptonville.

* WHEN…Until Wednesday, April 23.

* IMPACTS…At 43.0 feet, In Tennessee, Cates Landing-New Markham
Road is flooded just east of Pea Ridge Road, making evacuation
difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 12:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 42.2 feet.
– Forecast…The river will crest this afternoon near 42.3 feet
and then hold steady through the end of the week. It will
then begin a slow fall and is expected to fall below flood
stage Wednesday, April 23.
– Flood stage is 37.0 feet.
