Memphis, the fuel facility south of the river gauge is flooding.

– At 12:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 37.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 37.3
feet early Wednesday morning and will then hold nearly steady
through the weekend. It will then begin a slow fall and is
expected to fall below flood stage Wednesday, April 23.
