Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued April 14 at 6:24PM EDT until April 14 at 7:00PM EDT by NWS Charleston WV

At 624 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Lake Vesuvius,
moving east at 70 mph.

HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include…
Lake Vesuvius, Flatwoods, Scottown, Waterloo, Bellefonte, Westwood,
Vernon, Raceland, Russell, Ironton, Greenbo Lake, Wurtland,
Worthington, Coal Grove, Pedro, Aid, Hanging Rock, Greenup, and
Ashland.
