Ohio River at Owensboro, Newburgh Dam, Evansville, Henderson,
Mount Vernon, J.T. Myers Dam, Shawneetown, and Golconda.

* WHAT…Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE…Ohio River at Mount Vernon.

* WHEN…Until early Sunday afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 6:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 49.4 feet.
– Recent Activity…The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 6:00 AM CDT Tuesday was 49.4 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Sunday morning and continue falling to 26.0 feet Friday,
April 25.
– Flood stage is 35.0 feet.

(Tue, 15 Apr 2025) The Annual Energy Outlook 2025 (AEO2025) explores potential long-term energy trends in the United States. AEO2025 is published in accordance with Section 205c of the Department of Energy Organization Act of 1977 (Public Law 95-91), which requires the Administrator of the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) to prepare an annual report that contains trends and projections of energy consumption and supply.
