* WHAT…Southeast winds 35 to 50 mph with gusts to 80 mph possible.

* WHERE…Delta Junction.

* WHEN…From Wednesday afternoon through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for
high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The strongest gusts will be from the south
with winds shifting southerly during the strongest winds.
