Relative Humidities of 30 percent or less can be expected this
afternoon into the evening. Winds will be northwest at 10 to 15
MPH with gusts up to 30 MPH this afternoon.

This combination will lead to dangerous fire conditions for areas
that have not recently received rainfall.

Please refer to your local burn permitting authorities
whether you may burn outdoors. If you do burn outside,
use extreme caution.
