Special Weather Statement issued April 15 at 1:24PM EDT by NWS Charleston WV

It will continue to be windy this afternoon. Most locations can
expect to see wind gusts peak in the 30 to 40 mph range. However,
there is a small chance that you may see a wind gust up to 50 mph.
Such wind gusts can blow around unsecured objects and even cause
some minor tree and structure damage.
