The National Weather Service in Wichita has issued a Fire Weather
Watch for extreme grassland fire danger, which is in effect from
Thursday afternoon through Thursday evening.

* Extreme Grassland Fire Danger…

* Winds…Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* Relative Humidity…As low as 11 percent.

* Impacts…Any fires that develop will have the potential to
spread rapidly.
