Special Weather Statement issued April 16 at 4:12AM CDT by NWS Twin Cities/Chanhassen MN

Southeast winds will increase from 15-25 mph through this morning
with minimum RH values falling between 25 to 35 percent.Any areas
with dry grasses or vegetation will be susceptible to elevated
fire weather conditions. Check with either with your State DNR or
your local county before attempting any outdoor burning.
