Winter Weather Advisory issued April 16 at 3:00AM MDT until April 18 at 12:00AM MDT by NWS Great Falls MT

* WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 6 inches in
the mountains with 1 to 4 inches in the valleys. Winds gusting
locally as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…Portions of central and southwest Montana.

* WHEN…From 6 PM this evening to midnight MDT Thursday Night.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the
Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS… Heaviest snowfall rates are expected between
midnight tonight and 6 AM Thursday.
