Blowing Dust Advisory issued April 17 at 4:22PM CDT until April 17 at 8:00PM CDT by NWS Little Rock AR

* WHAT…For the Wind Advisory, south winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts
up to 40 mph. For the Blowing Dust Advisory Along several highways
within Lawrence and Randolph County, visibility between
one-quarter and one mile in blowing dust.

* WHERE…Lawrence and Randolph Counties.

* WHEN…Until 8 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could
be blown down and a few power outages may result.
