* At 429 PM MDT, blowing dust was becoming denser across the
Tularosa Basin. New Mexico State Police reported visibility near
zero along US-54 between mile markers 40 and 50, south of
Alamogordo and near the Border Patrol Checkpoint. Use extreme
caution if travelling this evening, especially outside of
Alamogordo.
HAZARD…Less than a quarter mile visibility with strong winds up
to 50 mph.
