…The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Indiana…Kentucky…

Ohio River at Newburgh Dam, Henderson, Mount Vernon, J.T. Myers
Dam, Shawneetown and Golconda.

.Levels on the Ohio River will continue to drop, falling below flood
stage at Newburgh and Henderson Thursday night, and at points from
Mount Vernon to Golconda Sunday or Monday.

* WHAT…Moderate flooding is occurring and will continue.

* WHERE…Ohio River at Mount Vernon.

* WHEN…Until early Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 45.0 feet, Large portions of Point Township in Posey
county are flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 6:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 46.6 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Saturday evening and continue falling to 23.9 feet Sunday,
April 27.
– Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
