* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE…Portions of South Central and Southeast Kansas, including
the following counties, in South Central Kansas, Cowley. In
Southeast Kansas, Chautauqua, Elk, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho and
Wilson.

* WHEN…From Friday evening through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Thunderstorms may produce heavy rainfall of 2 to 4 or more
inches in the watch area.
