* WHAT…For the Blowing Dust Advisory, visibility between one-
quarter and one mile in blowing dust expected. For the Wind
Advisory, southwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts to 50 mph.

* WHERE…El Paso County and lowland of southwestern New Mexico.

* WHEN…For the Blowing Dust Advisory, late Thursday Morning
through Thursday evening. For the Wind Advisory, Thursday
afternoon through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS…Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced
visibility and strong winds, especially for high profile
vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Subsequent Dust Storm Warnings may be
issued for visibility less than a quarter mile.

Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2   Meteorological Summary: Another day of mostly dry conditions and mostly clear skies for the Sunshine State today under high pressure (near 0-10% chance of rain). High temperatures in the 80s to low 90s this afternoon; Locally cooler conditions in the upper 70s to low 80s are likely along portions of the East Coast and coastal Florida Panhandle and Keys. Easterly to southeasterly winds will reach near 10-15 mph today with gusts near 15-25 mph . Sensitive to elevated wildfire conditions will persist across much of the state
