Dolores River, Paradox Valley/Lower Dolores River, Central
Colorado River Basin, Central Gunnison and Uncompahgre River
Basin, and Debeque to Silt Corridor. In Utah, Southeast Utah.

* WHEN…From 11 AM to 8 PM MDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
