* WHERE…Esmeralda and Central Nye County.

* WHEN…Until 11 PM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…There will be a lull in winds for a few hours
Thursday night before the strongest winds return Friday morning.
