inches. Locally higher amounts possible along the Pine Ridge.
Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…Dawes County and Northern Sioux County.

* WHEN…Until noon MDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.
