up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE…Central Beaufort Sea Coast, Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast,
Northern Arctic Coast, and Northwest Arctic Coast.

* WHEN…Until 4 PM AKDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility.
