* Dust Storm Warning for…
Southwestern Otero County in south central New Mexico…
Southeastern Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico…
Northwestern Hudspeth County in western Texas…
El Paso County in western Texas…

* Until 845 PM MDT.

* At 548 PM MDT, an area of blowing dust was over Fort Bliss and
the city of El Paso.

HAZARD…Less than a quarter mile visibility with strong winds up
to 55 mph.

SOURCE…Satellite imagery.

IMPACT…Dangerous life-threatening travel.

* This includes the following highways…
Interstate 10 in Texas between mile markers 9 and 44.
Highway 54 in New Mexico near mile marker 1.

Locations impacted include…
Homestead Meadows, Agua Dulce, Biggs Field, Dairyland, East El Paso,
Loma Linda, Franklin Mountains State Park, West El Paso, Fort Bliss,
Clint, Butterfield, Mission Valley, Hueco Mountain Estates, Sunland
Park, Sparks, Fort Bliss Northeast, San Elizario, Central El Paso,
The Otero Mesa, and Horizon City.
