Wind Advisory issued April 17 at 2:23PM MDT until April 17 at 8:00PM MDT by NWS El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa NM

* WHAT…For the first Blowing Dust Advisory, visibility between
one-quarter and one mile in blowing dust. For the first Wind
Advisory, southwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
For the second Blowing Dust Advisory, visibility between
one-quarter and one mile in blowing dust expected. For the second
Wind Advisory, southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50
mph expected.

* WHERE…In New Mexico, Northern Dona Ana County, Southeast
Tularosa Basin, Southern Dona Ana County/Mesilla Valley, Lowlands
of the Bootheel, and Southwest Desert/Mimbres Basin. In Texas,
Eastern/Central El Paso County and Western El Paso County.

* WHEN…For the first Blowing Dust Advisory and first Wind
Advisory, until 8 PM MDT this evening. For the second Blowing Dust
Advisory and second Wind Advisory, from 11 AM to 8 PM MDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could
be blown down and a few power outages may result.
