Flash Flood Warning issued April 19 at 4:50AM CDT until April 19 at 7:45AM CDT by NWS Tulsa OK

At 450 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated the thunderstorms producing
heavy rain have moved out of the warned area. Additional rain
showers are expected to move into area this morning. Estimates
between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall
amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
